¿CUÁLES SON LOS DERECHOS QUE SE LE RECONOCEN TRAS CEDER SUS DATOS? / WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS THAT ARE RECOGNIZED AFTER GIVING YOUR DATA?
En primer lugar, le garantizamos la confidencialidad de sus datos, mediante la aplicación de técnicas y procesos adaptados a la realidad tecnológica actual. Asimismo, le garantizamos el ejercicio de los derechos que le otorga la legislación vigente y aplicable en materia de protección de datos personales. En REMOLQUES GIJONESES, S.A. tratamos la información que nos facilitan los interesados con el fin de realizar la prestación de los servicios solicitados. En la actualidad, tenemos concedida la licencia para la prestación del servicio de remolque portuario en el Puerto de Gijón, siendo esta nuestra actividad principal, aunque también operamos en el mercado de remolque-transporte en alta mar y prestamos servicios de ayuda y salvamento marítimo, anti-polución y contra incendios.
El servicio se presta a personas jurídicas, en ejecución de un contrato, por lo que los datos que se tratan son los de la propia persona jurídica, así como los de la persona física que actúe en nombre y/o por cuenta de ésta. Se trata, únicamente, de los datos identificativos de estas personas físicas que actúan por cuenta de la persona jurídica.
No se van a tomar decisiones automatizadas en base a los datos proporcionados.
In REMOLQUES GIJONESES, S.A. we treat the information provided by the interested parties in order to carry out the provision of the requested services. At present, we have been granted a license to provide the port towage service in the Port of Gijón, this being our main activity, although we also operate in the offshore towing-transportation market and provide maritime aid and rescue services, anti-pollution and fire.
The service is provided to legal entities, in execution of a contract, so the data processed is that of the legal entity itself, as well as that of the natural person acting in its name and/or on its behalf. It is only the identification data of these natural persons acting on behalf of the legal person.
